Seniors attend "Rock the Vote" Rally

How do you get seniors excited about registering to vote?  You get your school administrators and staff to rock the house in a band!  On Friday, October 6, 2017, the senior class was invited to "Rock the Vote" in the Nagle Auditorium.  The rally, hosted by senior class president Cameron Cabral, included speakers, Superintendent Dr. Matthew Malone, Dean of Social Studies Mr. Mike Costa, and Elizabeth Camara,  Chairperson of the Fall River Board of Election Commissioners. Students registered to vote during the rally and were then serenaded by the faculty band led by Principal Desmarais, Ms. Morgan, Director of Operations & Student Support Services, along with three teachers.  Senior Zack Medina also performed and rapped to his fellow classmates about the importance of having your voice heard in regards to civics.
